Science Fiction: The Science Fiction Research Association Anthology (1988)
by Martin H. Greenberg, Charles G. Waugh, Patricia S. Warrick
Book Notes
- From the editors' Preface: "Formed in October 1970, the Science Fiction Research Association currently boasts about 500 members and is devoted to scholarly study of the genre. During 1984 and 1985, members were asked to nominate and select novelettes and short stories they wanted to appear in a definitive anthology. The 26 stories in this book are the result. They are an important testament to the growth and shifting concerns of science fiction from 1843 to 1984, a span of 141 years."
