- Collects all of H. Beam Piper's Paratime stories except "Time Crime" and the Lord Kalvan titles as well as 4 previously unpublished Paratime stories by John F. Carr. According to reviews, the editor, John F. Carr, edited the Piper stories to remove certain references which were inconsistent with later Piper stories set in the same universe.
Originally published as "The Paratime Police Chronicles: Volume I" in December 2018, this volume was apparently withdrawn in early 2019. It was reissued as "Paratime Parasites" in February 2019 with a different ISBN and list price. The cover art remained effectively the same.
