Synopsis

In the distant future, the composite galactic mind revives a man's personality as part of a subunit it detaches and sends to investigate that portion of the mind which oversees the Solar System, regarding mysterious activities regarding the imminent destruction of Earth by the Suns' expansion into a red giant.
